Who can enter the promotion?
Claims are open to all Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
How can I enter the promotion?
You’ll need to scan a QR code on promotional material or visit https://hyoketsutokyotrip.com.au on your smartphone and follow the entry instructions. You must spend at least $25 on any Kirin Hyoketsu product in one transaction to enter and retain your proof of purchase to qualify your entry.
What is a proof of Purchase?
The proof of purchase required is a copy of your receipt for the qualifying transaction within the Promotional Period from a Participating Venue. When requested, proof of purchase must be supplied within seven (7) days.
Please note: Order confirmations are not valid proof of purchase receipts and will not be accepted.
How many times can I enter the promotion?
You are able to enter on multiple occasions, subject to the following:
- maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
- limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day;
- maximum of five (5) entries permitted per person and
- each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
What are the Instant Prizes?
- $100 Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®
- $50 Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®
- $20 Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®
What is the Major Prize?
All entries, including instant prize winners, will be entered into the major prize draw. The prize is a trip to Tokyo, Japan for the winner and one friend aged 18 years or older. The prize includes return economy class flights from the winner’s nearest capital city to Tokyo, Japan, return private transfers from the airport to the accommodation which is a twin room in a 4-star hotel for five nights with breakfast included. The winner will also receive AU $2,000 spending money.
How will I receive my prizes?
- Instant Prize: the instant prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification, then will receive the prize via SMS to the mobile number provided on entry. If you are an Android user, please ensure to check your SMS spam/junk folder.
- Major Prize: the major prize winner will be contacted by email and phone within 7 days of the draw.

The site isn’t loading, what should I do?
So you’ve followed the instructions leading you to the website and the site isn’t loading? Well, there are a few things you can try. First, check if your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.
